Program Details & Description

Get race-ready (or just seriously fitter) in this high-energy class designed around the global HYROX fitness race format.


Every session blends running with functional strength stations like sled pushes/pulls, burpee broad jumps, rowing, skierg, sandbag lunges, farmer’s carries, and wall balls. You'll build endurance, power, mental toughness, and the ability to keep moving when fatigued — exactly what HYROX demands.


Expect a mix of:


  • Interval and endurance running
  • Strength & conditioning circuits
  • Race-specific simulations
  • Perfect for all levels — beginners welcome with modifications, and experienced athletes can push their limits. No prior HYROX experience needed. Just bring your effort and a positive attitude!
